How to choose a tier
Free is for proving the workflow on a real case. It runs in your browser, prices roles from benchmark rates, and lets you compare two scenarios, so a department leader can test whether a computing plan beats slides before anyone signs off on a tool. Pro is for the person who plans continuously: unlimited plans, cloud sync, clean PowerPoint exports, named versions, the API and MCP server for your own agents, and a monthly allowance of AI assists. Team adds the workspace: funding requests, editor and reviewer invites, approvals from Slack, the Greenhouse connector, company rate cards and FX tables, and the audit record that turns a plan into an approved commitment.
Most planning tools in this category price per employee or per year. Workspace pricing means a 500-person organization costs the same to plan as a 50-person one. Does the free plan require a credit card?
No. One plan remains free without a card, local in your browser or synced once you sign in, with share links included. You can build and price the plan before creating an account.
Will the paid trial require a card?
No. When billing opens, Pro and Team features will have a 14-day trial without a card. If you do not subscribe, the workspace returns to Free and your plan remains readable.
Why is Arrange priced by workspace instead of employee?
The people designing and reviewing a plan create the value. Charging for every employee represented would make the same workflow more expensive simply because the modeled organization is larger.
What counts as an AI assist?
One call to an AI feature: explaining a cost figure in plain words, drafting a decision from meeting notes, polishing a request memo, or asking the org architect for a proposal. Pro includes 100 a month per workspace and Team includes 500. The count resets on the first of each month.
Which plan includes the API and the MCP server?
Pro and Team. An API token acts as the member who created it, sees only what that member sees, and can only propose changes, which land as a draft request for a person to review.
Are the paid prices active today?
Not yet. They are published launch targets so early users can evaluate the intended packaging. Until billing opens, accessible early-access features remain free.
