Pro is for the person who plans continuously: unlimited plans, cloud sync, clean PowerPoint exports, and named versions for tracking how a plan changed. Team adds the decision layer, where funding requests, reviewer invites, checks, and the audit record turn a plan into an approved commitment.
Most planning tools in this category price per employee or per year. Workspace pricing means a 500-person organization costs the same to plan as a 50-person one.
